In our research group, we study the relationships and dynamics of Human, Technology & Organisation (HTO) with the goal of creating knowledge that supports sustainable development and utilization of ICT.

The group's expertise in eHealth and the proliferation of eHealth services can also have a major impact on the healthcare industry, making it more accessible and efficient for patients and healthcare professionals. The digital work environment concept and its application to promote healthy work can also have a significant impact on the well-being of employees. The group's methods and techniques for redesigning work with new ICT can increase productivity and job satisfaction. And the group's focus on inclusive design and design for all can improve the usability and accessibility of products and services for people with disabilities. The group's work on developing expertise can lead to improved training and performance for professions such as long-haul truck driving, where cognitive and decision-making abilities are critical.
