1 New proposals
1. WomENcourage 2015 organizational costs
By Andreina Francisco and Virginia Grande.
Andreina and Virginia will be volunteering hosts during 18 months and they ask for 47 000 to cover expenses (mostly lunch meetings). ACM covers the costs of the conference WomENcourage 2015 itself. The Equity group decided to recommend Michael Thuné to approve the proposal.
2. Proposal to support working on gender-equality projects

Andreina asks for 10% of her time for Equality work during 18 months. Added at the length of her contract as a PhD-student. It includes chairing the womENcourage 2015 conference and the ACM-W Student Chapter, creating a PhD female students network and establishing a networking program for students at all levels.
The Equity group decided to recommend Michael Thuné to approve the proposal. It would start the date the decision by Michael is made.
