Requests are handled by our request tracking system.

If you haven't done so already, please first consult our answers to frequently asked questions.

Create a new request concerning resources at the IT department:

• General computing facilities and the janitors.
• The Wiki system.
• UPPMAX.

Requests concerning central university resources:

• UpUnet-S Support (WLAN and the university student network).
• IT-stöd.

Information about our request tracker

In order to use our request tracker, you will need to log in using your Wiki password.

A short introduction to wiki wnd request tracking is available (in Swedish only).

Teach yourself request tracking in 30 seconds (time for learning Swedish not included).

Browsing existing support requests

To query the request database, go to Bugzilla and press Query. We have also prepared two simple forms for system support requests:

• Show all currently outstanding requests
• Show all requests made within the past 30 days
• Show all requests to the janitors

Sysadmin on duty

• In room 4118b (Polacksbacken building nr 4, first level).
• Open Monday to Friday from 8-17 o'clock.
• Here you can get an account for the department's Unix system, get help with log in problems and more.
