Courses

The course ”Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects.” that is arranged by Coursera. It is a online 4 weeks course that has video lecture, quiz and reading chapters. I believe the course was very helpful and had good advice. Perfect help tool for my goal. (student 2016)

Web Pages

On this site I found a lot of different psychologists explaining why we procrastinate and how we can stop procrastinating. I thought the articles were interesting and educational and they helped me with my goals in the personal learning contract. (student 2016)

Concrete Tips

A method referred to as "pomodoro", which is a simple timer that you set to 25 minutes, during which all focus is on studies. After that, a break is allowed. (student 2016)

I used the podcast “Knowledge for Men”, to develop the skills I mentioned in my learning agreement. The podcast is always a different interview with successful leaders who share their insights to their field of study. I used this podcast because I think hearing the stories of successful people is a good inspiration. I think this podcasts fits to the skill “learning how to learn”, because every time you hear the podcasts will teach you something or give you an insight in a new area. So you constantly learn new things and that’s exactly what I expect learning how to learn is. (student 2016)
