Computer Assisted Image Analysis II

Projects will be performed (preferably) in teams of 2. Each team will define a project (some suggestions may be provided later). Please contact Natasa Sladoje by email or after class to discuss your project. It is preferable that each group works on a different problem.

Teams should prepare a short project plan (one page) detailing the goal of the project, the image analysis methods to be employed, and the evaluation to be used. This plan should be emailed to Natasa Sladoje not later than the 30th of January. Each group will then be given another group's plan to review it and give feedback.

Each team should prepare and submit a project report (instructions can be found here) not later than March 3. All the projects will be presented on the 8th of March, during a scheduled session with project presentations. Each group will have 10 minutes to present their work. All the participants are expected to listen and discuss all the presentations.

Project teams do not have to be the same as the lab teams.
