This file contains some sample exam questions for you to study from. There is no guarantee that the questions on your exam will look like any of these, nor is there any guarantee that this sample question list covers all the topics that will be on the exam.

Textbook

Grading

Grade Requirements
5 A pass on the 4 laboratory exercises and a grade of 85% or higher on the final examination
4 A pass on the 4 laboratory exercises and a grade of 70%-84% on the final examination
3 A pass on the 4 laboratory exercises and a grade of 50%-69% on the final examination

Laboratory exercises will be graded on a U, G, VG basis. In order to earn a VG on an exercise:

  • you must turn in the assignment by the deadline specified
  • your program must produce correct results
  • your program must be written with good coding style

Each VG grade on an assignment earns 3 bonus points on the final examination.
