Home Exam

The home exam is hereby available as a word document. If you can not open word file format, please contact Mikael Laaksoharju.

Also remember to fill in the course evaluation after handing in the exam: http://evaluering.ibg.uu.se/it/

You do not need to register for the exam.

You may write the home exam in Swedish.

Please send questions regarding the home exam to Iordanis Kavathatzopoulos (questions 1-4) or to Bengt Sandblad (questions 5-8).

Submission

If you are not able to use the .doc version of the exam, please either attach the edited first page of the pdf document or a printed-out and rescanned copy of that, where all the requested data is filled out. All answers to the exam must be submitted as attachments; all content of the e-mail body will be disregarded.

You must answer each question yourself and in your own words. You are allowed to use all possible references and literature and to discuss with your friends, but you are not allowed to copy or plagiarize the text of other people, from a book, an article, an internet site, etc., unless you make an explicit reference to the original author and the specific text you refer to. You are to submit your home exam through sending an e-mail to Urkund, which is a system to check your answers against a database of known articles and internet sources, as well as to compare your responses with your peers'.

The examination contains 8 questions. All questions must be answered in an acceptable way in order to pass the examination.

For full credit per question the answers must be complete and well motivated.

Every question requires not less then 300 words to be accepted.
