Homework
Homework assignment 1 and assignment 2 are solved in groups of up to four students. Each group hands in one solution.
Homework assignment 3 is solved individually. Every student hands in his/her individual solution. Identical solutions will be rejected.

The homeworks are compulsory. The solutions should be clearly presented, with well motivated reasoning and clearly stated answers. The solutions should be carefully written, with satisfactory equation typesetting, equation numbering, axis and unit labeling in plots, complete sentences, etc. However, no introduction, abstract, etc is needed, but just solutions to the problems.

Homework 1: Tuesday September 22, 23:59

Homework 2: Wednesday September 30, 23:59
(Deadline for corrected solutions: Wednesday October 7, 23:59)
Homework 3: Thursday October 15, 23:59
(Deadline for corrected solutions: Wednesday October 28, 23:59)
How to hand in
The homework solutions are handed in using the Student portal
. You have to be registered on the course. For handing in assignment 1, first register the group you are working in (under "Gruppindelningar"/"Group divisions" in the left panel menu). It is important that everyone in the group (not only the person uploading the assignment) registers before the deadline! It should thereafter be possible to upload your pdf-file (under "Assignments"/"Inlämningar" in the left panel menu). For handing in assignment 2, upload the pdf-file as for assignment 1. The same groups as for assignment 1 are assumed. Assignment 3 is also handed in using the student portal. Note that homework 3 is to be done individually!
If your solution has to be corrected and handed in again, you hand in it using the student portal. You do not have to hand in the entire solution again, but just the relevant parts of it.
