Applied Scientific Computing

The prequisites for this course are some knowledge of partial differential equations and their numerical solution and some background in structural mechanics and fluid mechanics.

The course is given in Swedish or English depending on the preferences of the audience and starts on Monday, September 2, 2013, at 13.15 in room Ångström 2003.

There are three mandatory assignments.

The written examination will take place in October.

The purpose of the course is to apply numerical methods to the solution of problems of engineering interest in structural mechanics and fluid mechanics.
