Master Programme in
Computational Science


Students entering this programme must fulfill the eligibility requirements for admission to masters programmes in general as well as programme specific requirements. For general requirements, see General requirements to the Master's level (scroll down). The specific requirements is stated below.

Eligibility requirements - Computational Science

Applicants must have a B.Sc. (180 ECTS credits) degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science, including at least

  • one semester (30 ECTS credits) in Mathematics, including Algebra, Linear Algebra, Calculus and Vector Calculus,
  • one course in computer programming (equivalent to 7.5 ECTS credits)
  • one course in numerical methods, numerical analysis or Scientific Computing (equivalent to 7.5 ECTS credits)
