History

According to a decision by the Vice-Chancellor of Uppsala University on September 18, 2001 (UFV 2001/1290), a new official register system got introduced at Uppsala University, at the end of 2002. The fact that Uppsala University is an authority, gives the consequence that the incoming matters are supposed to be handled within a uniform official register system.

The new system started to be in use at the Department of Information Technology on January 1, 2003 (According to a decision from the Board of the Department on December 12, 2002.)
