  • Temporary parental benefit including "pappa-dagar" (paternity leave in contection with child birth)

• For other leave of abcence (e.g. leave of abcence for trade-union work) please use this leave of abcence form. Leave the completed form to your personell administrator.
• Form for Leave of abcence due to another job. Leave the completed form to your personell administrator.

• Notification of illness, please send an e-mail to or contact Ulrika Andersson or Loreto Skoknic.
• Back at work, please fill in the form recovered from illness, recovered from illness and give it to Ulrika Andersson or Loreto Skoknic. Please note that if your illness will keep you from work longer than a week you have to inform Ulrika Andersson or Loreto Skoknic, and you are also obliged to hand in a doctor's certificate. This also concerns employees who are looking after a sick or disabled child at home. The forms are only available in Swedish.

Unemployment insurance

All employees at Uppsala University are entitled to make an optic examination to establish an eventual need of computer glasses (in Swedish). Please contact Ulrika Andersson or Loreto Skoknic for a requisition.
