Who does what?

I take care of personnel- and working environment matters and applications concerning graduate studies. If needed,I help our guest research-workers with forms to the authorities. I´m also back up for the department registrar.

I work as financial administrator, handling the department budget and closing of the books. I am also responsible for financial administration and renumerations at Computer Systems and Computing Science as well as UPMARC och WISENET.

I work at the Student Office with course administration, helping students and teachers 1 day a week. I also work with the universitys admission program, making lists of new students. I also help the student counsellors part time. Im also responsible for some research administration.

I take care of copying and binding compendia.
I do house caring in building 2, take care of mail distribution, office supplies (takes stock and executes orders), handle keys and access cards for buildning 2 and 4.

As web editor I am responsible for, and lead the strategic work regarding the department's website. I do this together with the department's web group.

I'm also secretary for the department board, manager of the department's archives, backup for the Student Office, contact person for matters that concerns the Student Portal and contact person regarding sexual harassment.

I handle personnel och work environment issues, as well as applications for PhD-studies. I also help guest researchers with accomodation and applications to Swedish authorities.

Financial administrator for SNIC and WISENET.

I take care of invoices and travelling expenses accounts and reimbursment matters (ersättningsärenden) for Computing Science, Computer Systems and IT-jointly. I also handle purchase orders for building 1 and 4 and administrative service for Computing Science ang Computer Systems.

I am the scheduler at the department and also in charge of room bookings. I am also the exchange student coordinator for both in- and outgoing students.

I take care of financial- and personnel matters for the Division of Scientific Computing.

I am the administrator of SNIC(Swedish National Infrastructure for Computing).

I take care of financial matters for the division of Systems and Control and UPPMAX.

I am supervisor for the administrative staff and secretary in the steering group. I also function as assistant for the Head of the Department. When time permits also external and internal information and editor of LäsIT.
