Course Administrator at Department of Information Technology, Administrative support unit
I work at the IT office for undergraduate education with service to students/teachers via email and phone as well as Zoom. The systems I use are Studium, Inspera, Ladok, Studentportalen and NyA, etc. I handle everything from registration to reporting results. I add information, registration period, teacher list and course evaluation in the student portal and administer reserve students as well as post-admission numbers, close courses for late application etc.
