My name is Jing Liu, and I am a Ph.D. student at Scientific computing and Biophysics. I have a very broad interest in computer aided life science, biology, and physics. Currently, I focus on X-ray single-particle imaging, including 3D molecular structure reconstruction, diffraction pattern recognition, etc. In addition, I am interested in high-performance computing, image analysis, and machine learning.

My research interest is focused on high-performance computing, i.e. distributed and parallel computing, for applications that are related to single-particle imaging.
For teaching: Programming of Parallel Computers (1TD480) from 2014 to 2016, in which MPI, OpenMP, Pthread, CUDA were presented.
I am also a local organizer for COSY lunch seminar.
