Research

I am a PhD student researching Distributed Shared Memory(DSM) systems used for scaling parallel shared memory applications to computer clusters. My main work has been to develop the coherence protocol of the Argo DSM system based on highly scalable coherence mechanisms such as self-invalidation and self-downgrade. Future research involves looking into how to introduce fault-tolerance mechanisms into Argo.
