One primary research focus pertains to the requisite knowledge and comprehension necessary for the effective utilization of IT systems and the establishment of a conducive digital working environment. Within this domain, the research inquiries revolve around the perspectives of system developers regarding system development, the competencies they must acquire, and the strategies for their skill enhancement.

Another central area of investigation centres on the methodologies employed in system development projects to ensure the utility and supportive capacity of the systems. Research within this sphere encompasses the methodologies for user engagement in Scrum projects, the utilization of vision seminars in systems development, and the implementation of new systems to mitigate adverse effects on the work environment.

Furthermore, I research the intersection of AI and the digital work environment across diverse sectors such as healthcare, IT, and aviation. This research endeavours to elucidate how AI technologies impact and enhance the digital working environment within these domains, contributing valuable insights to their evolution and optimization.
