Professional Competence - Development and Assessment

We have developed theories and tested them regarding many different aspects of the development of professional competencies. A central theme in this work is aspects of using Open-Ended Group Projects in education, with a particular eye towards the acquisition of professional competencies. In this project we have published a number of journal and conference papers presenting different aspects of professional competencies.
