For electrically large objects the problem becomes too expensive in terms of computational work. This paper suggests two methods that can reduce the work, the Minimal Residual Interpolation method and a new fast approximate method related to the Fast Physical Optics method. Numerical experiments show that the new method gives reasonable results, while reducing the work substantially for large objects.} }
