Discussion about spreading the information about positions for
female junior lecturers. Everyone is urged to make a list and send
the responsible professors.

Andreina and Tobias will work on the initial draft of the call for
proposals for projects before the next meeting.

Decided to have meetings monthly with lunch. This ended up being
the last Wednesday of each month. Lunch meetings last Mondya every
Month in 1345. Takako talks to Roland about who to fix lunch.
