The evaluation feedback form is now closed. Final results are on the statistics page.
Some quick conclusions:

• Despite the circumstances, it seems that many of you learned a lot and appreciated the lectures, even with a (slightly) high pace.
• The handins' system was in general perceived as a good idea. Clearer explanations would though be necessary.
• It is obvious that you didn't like the labs, and I believe that something will be done next year about them.
• Many looked at the essay as a good learning tool but this latter was oversized.
• The literature for the compiler part will be changed.
• The webpage and the slide handouts were well appreciated. (Note that it was said from the beginning that neither of them were placeholders of lecture notes)
• You appreciated my input.

Thanks to all of you who answered.

The grades are reported at the administration.
The exam was graded over 100 points for 22 exercises.
The maximum was 93,5 and the minimum is 26.

We are still waiting for some of you to fill in the feedback form.
The grades are set and vary between U, 3, 4 and 5.

The deadline for the Essay on File Systems and Disk Scheduling is postponed to Sunday April 1st at 23:59 per email to John.
(Alternatively, Friday March 30th at 17:00 in John's mailbox)
Handin 4 on Compiler is canceled.

Notes on the compiling process are online.

The lecture on File Systems and Disk Scheduling is replaced by an Essay.
The essay should cover those topics in a properly written and structured text.
Deadline is Wednesday March 28th. Email has been sent.
