Title: IT Professionals Use of AI and Implications for Education

Abstract:
This is the basis for an upcoming study on how IT professionals use AI and the implications it has for education. The presentation will connect to the concept “Competency Based Education”. One research question is “What are the implications of integrating AI on the acquisition and enhancement of professional competencies and the learning processes of IT professionals?”.
