A broad range of possible applications, different hardware platforms, and different deployment environments of wireless sensor networks creates a need for highly flexible testbeds. A desirable feature for such a testbed is the possibility to bring it to different environments for temporary deployments of wireless sensor systems. We call this "Testbed in a box" and present the design and implementation of Sensei-UU.
