In order to use our request tracker, you will need to log in using your Wiki password.
A short introduction to wiki and request tracking is available (in Swedish only).
Teach yourself request tracking in 30 seconds (time for learning Swedish not included).
Browsing existing support requests
To query the request database, go to Bugzilla and press Query. We have also prepared two simple forms for system support requests:
Sysadmin on duty
